Here are some great ideas for healthy snacks you can make yourself!
(with an adult's supervision of course) meetthegirls


•Smoothies – Blend fresh or frozen fruit with 100% fruit juice, yogurt, skim-milk or soy milk. For fun add a tablespoon of all natural peanut butter! Yum!

•Add dried or fresh fruit and low-fat granola to low or non-fat yogurt.

•Dip apple or banana slices into all natural peanut butter.

•Ants on a log – spread all natural peanut butter on celery and add raisins on top.

•Make your own trail mix – Mix low-fat granola, nuts, sunflower seeds and dried fruit.
