Exercising is fun! Go! Go! Sports Girls know the best way to keep your muscles strong and healthy is by using them. Exercising is good for your muscles and also your heart, lungs and entire body! It helps to keep you both physically and mentally healthy. There are many different ways to exercise, so to find one you enjoy is easy. Exercising will give you the strength to Dream Big and Go For It!

  • Before and after exercising, make sure you stretch properly. This is important to prevent injury.
  • Drink plenty of water before, during and after exercising. It is important to keep your body hydrated.
  • Include 60 minutes of moderate or high physical activity in your day.
  • Limit the amount of TV watching and video and computer game playing!
